1. We must be notified of the specific terms and quantities before approval will be given to return the merchandise. When writing for approval please state reason for return and date purchased.

2. No items will be accepted for credit that are not current stock items or that are over 3 months old.

3. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, but will be returned freight collect to the customer.

4. Credit will be issued on authorized returns after our inspection, less handling charges of 20%, based on the original purchase price. Only full and unbroken cartons can be accepted.

5. Merchandise must be returned freight prepaid.

6. Any SPECIAL item not regularly stocked by us and ordered specifically for us, IS NOT RETURNABLE.

7. Please double check and be sure it is Patrick Fabricated Metals merchandise you are returning.

8. Only merchandise from current customers will be accepted.

These few steps will assist in getting proper credit issued to you more promptly.
